30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing clear signs of use

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Our support team will respond within one business day

  • After approval, return the item following the provided instructions

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 10 business days


Additional Notes

  • Returns must include all original accessories and packaging

  • For returns not related to product quality, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer

  • Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be declined
